Artist's Creed/Manifesto

Artist's Manifesto/Creed/Mission Statement.
I, ___________________, will make art because I want to.
I will make one original work or pop out one idea a day.
I will enjoy looking at art almost as much as making it.
I will experiment with and delve into art making both popular and obscure.
I will fail.
I will triumph.
I will believe in myself and doubt myself.
My muse will kick my rear end in both reality and fantasy.
I will take more chances.
I will connect to the learned know-it-alls and attract and amaze the regular guy.
I will believe what I want to believe in and thumb my nose at gimmick and trends.
I will both conform and live on the left side of the radio dial.
I may not be as smart as you(booksmart, trash talker, name dropper, pop culture knowledge bank, art history speak, etc.) but give me adequate tools and I will create a smart, multidimensional, deep and profound, riddle-like statement in a manner that suits my soul.
I will admire and utilize simplicity and complexity. I will believe that both can walk hand in hand or apart, if need be. Redundant, maybe. Possible, for sure.
I will talk less and work more.
I will eat, drink, love, and sleep art, family, and inspiration.
I will fall apart physically. Its because I am working out artistically.
I will fuse realism, abstraction, cartooning, expressionism, fantasy, and narrative.
I will claim to have it all figured out and be a clean slate at the same time.
(Feel free to add to this if you'd like,I wrote it one night, in my sketchbook, in a fury. It is largely unedited.I truly believe in and hope to live true to this manifesto/creed/mission statement.

i just bought a screen and supplies to make some shirts
how well does the white fabric ink show up on dark-colored shirts? didn't know if you experimented with that or not...didn't want to find out myself on a $5 shirt.
