life and shows.

Thu Nov 2, 2006, 3:08 AM
Tonight, my first solo show opens in Girdwood Alaska. You can see all the paintings in the gallery here. If you are so inclined to buy one. try to contact the Java Haus in Girdwood Alaska. Just got word that I will be doing a show in Columbus at the Madlab Gallery in May 2007. I will be painting 50 paintings, roughly 6x6 or 8x8 and selling them at 25$ a crack. I am trying my best to be humble and focused on the work. A billion ideas and not enough time. Last but not least Halloween was sweet with the kids. Sullivan was Mario(Judy made this sweet costume) and Sophia was a fairy princess/ballerina. I think somewhere under the dress there were pads and a hockey stick because she's a mean little sucker all wrapped up in a candy wrapper. After trick or treat we popped in AM Gold 1972 and danced for a half an hour. Loving this life.

aww, did you happen to get pictures of the kids??

how much of the kids' candy had to be "thrown away" because it "was bad"? (or in other words, how much candy did YOU get on Halloween?? haha)

i almost called my dad to ask him how much candy he and mom "confiscated" from the eight of us growing up. We ate like the children in Willy wonka world. Took the portfolio class to the Wex today. It was Awesome!!!!
Hope you are really well kiddo.

haha what a great idea!
would have never thought of something quite that cool...

however, it has to relate to freshmen life at BG somehow...
i sent you an email with a link to some of last years videos submitted.
also theres a link on the left (of the page i sent you) with the 2005 videos.
the video that won '05 is pretty awesome.

and i just read it can only be 5-8 minutes.
so our other movie we are working on wont be able to be in this fest,
but maybe we can arrange to show it some other time here :]
